SECTION 1 — HOW WE SHIP

Made-to-order — Every piece of art at SAVELONELYSPACES™ is handmade to order. We do not hold inventory. When you order, we print, stretch, and finish your piece specifically for you. This ensures quality but requires production time before shipping. Because each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Carriers — We use premium carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL (for international orders).

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTION AND TRANSIT TIMES

Production time — 3 to 5 business days before your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Transit time
— United States and Canada: 3 to 5 business days
— United Kingdom and EU: 5 to 10 business days
— Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore: 7 to 14 business days
— Other supported regions: 7 to 14 business days, sometimes longer due to customs

Total timeline — Most US and Canada orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10 to 19 business days.

Holiday delays — During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other peak periods, production times may extend by 2 to 5 additional business days. We publish official holiday shipping cutoff dates on our website each season. Orders placed after the cutoff are not guaranteed to arrive by the holiday.

Carrier delays — Once your order ships, transit time is outside our control. Weather, customs inspections, and carrier service interruptions may delay delivery. SAVELONELYSPACES™ is not responsible for carrier-side delays after dispatch.

SECTION 3 — SHIPPING REGIONS AND RATES

Where we ship — Worldwide, with the exception of countries on US sanctions lists or regions with significant carrier restrictions. If your country is unavailable at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Free shipping — US and Canada — All orders to addresses within the United States and Canada ship 100% free. No hidden shipping fees at checkout.

International shipping rates — For orders outside the US and Canada, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. You see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Duties and customs fees — Orders to Canada are not subject to import duties. For all other international destinations, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or charges levied by their country's customs authority. These fees are not included in your order total. If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, refused delivery terms in Section 7 apply.

SECTION 4 — TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking numbers — You will receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your order finishes production. This email is sent from hello@savelonelyspaces.com.

Tracking activation — Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking to update after you receive the email. Initial scans sometimes take up to 2 business days, especially for international shipments.

Stalled tracking — If your tracking number has not updated for 5 consecutive business days, please email support@savelonelyspaces.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

SECTION 5 — ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customer responsibility — It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate. SAVELONELYSPACES™ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Correction window — If you notice an error after placing your order, email support@savelonelyspaces.com within 24 hours of placement. Corrections requested within this window will be applied if production has not begun. After 24 hours, address changes may not be possible.

Changes after shipping — Once shipped, address changes generally require contacting the carrier directly. We cannot guarantee the carrier will accommodate changes after dispatch.

SECTION 6 — MERCHANDISE PROTECTION

Optional protection ($9.99) — Customers may purchase optional Merchandise Protection at checkout for $9.99. If selected, this covers your order against:

— Loss in transit (package never marked delivered)
— Confirmed theft after delivery (porch piracy)
— Damage during transit

How to file a protection claim — Email support@savelonelyspaces.com with your order number and a description. For theft claims, we may request a brief written statement or police report depending on the order value. Approved claims result in a free priority replacement at no additional cost.

Without protection — If you did not purchase Merchandise Protection, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but the carrier claim process is your responsibility. Replacement orders for lost or stolen packages without protection are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

Before filing — If your package shows "delivered" but you cannot find it:
— Check the area around the delivery location, porches, mailrooms, behind shrubbery
— Check with neighbors or building staff
— Wait 24 hours, carriers occasionally mark "delivered" early
— Review the carrier's delivery photo if available

SECTION 7 — REFUSED, UNDELIVERABLE, AND ABANDONED ORDERS

Refused delivery — If you refuse delivery for any reason (including refusal to pay customs duties on international shipments), the package will be returned to our fulfillment center. Because every piece is made-to-order, refused orders are not eligible for refund. You may request re-shipment to a corrected address at your expense, including any new shipping fees and reapplied duties.

Undeliverable addresses — If your package is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address information or missed delivery attempts, the same conditions apply. Re-shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Abandoned orders — If a customer does not respond to delivery exceptions within 30 days, the order is considered abandoned and is not eligible for refund or replacement.

SECTION 8 — DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

14-day replacement policy — We replace orders that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects, provided the issue is reported within 14 calendar days of marked delivery.

How to file a damage claim — Email support@savelonelyspaces.com with your order number, a clear description of the damage, and photos showing the damage, the packaging (if available), and the affected piece.

Important — Claims must be submitted only to support@savelonelyspaces.com. Replies to automated emails from hello@savelonelyspaces.com, social media DMs, Instagram comments, or any other channel do not constitute a valid claim and do not count toward the 14-day reporting window. The hello@ address is for outbound transactional emails only and is not monitored for replies.

What we cover
— Pieces that arrive with visible damage to the printed surface, frame, canvas, or deck
— Manufacturing defects (printing errors, incorrect colors, frame defects)
— Wrong product shipped

What we do not cover
— Customer error in size selection
— Damage caused after delivery (handling, hanging accidents, environmental)
— Slight color variation between screen and printed piece
— Claims submitted after the 14-day window has closed, regardless of channel originally attempted

Replacement process — Approved claims result in a free replacement shipped to your original address. We do not require return of the damaged piece in most cases. Replacements typically ship within 3 to 5 business days of claim approval.

SECTION 9 — CANCELLATIONS

Before production — Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of order placement and before production has begun. Email support@savelonelyspaces.com.

After production begins — Once your order has entered production (typically within 24 hours of placement), we cannot cancel or refund. Each piece is custom-made and cannot be repurposed.
