RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

SECTION 1 — ALL SALES FINAL
Because every piece of art from SAVELONELYSPACES™ is handmade to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
— Change of mind or buyer's remorse
— Incorrect size selected by the customer
— Color appearing different than expected on screen
— Pieces not matching the style of a room
— Any other customer-initiated reason
Please measure your wall space carefully and review our size guides before ordering. Color reproduction varies between monitor displays and printed pieces. We do our best to reproduce colors accurately but cannot guarantee an exact match to your screen.
Why — When you place an order, we don't pull from inventory. We print, stretch, and finish your specific piece in our partner workshop. Once produced, your piece cannot be resold or repurposed. This is the cost of true made-to-order quality.

SECTION 2 — DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS
14-day replacement policy — Pieces that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects are eligible for free replacement, provided you report within 14 calendar days of marked delivery.
How to claim
1. Photograph the damage clearly, including packaging if available.
2. Email support@savelonelyspaces.com with your order number, description, and photos.
3. We respond within 1 business day.
Approved claims result in a free replacement at no additional cost. We do not typically require return of the damaged piece.
Important — Claims must be submitted only to support@savelonelyspaces.com. Replies to automated emails from hello@savelonelyspaces.com, social media DMs, Instagram comments, or any other channel do not constitute a valid claim and do not count toward the 14-day window. The hello@ address is for outbound transactional emails only and is not monitored for replies.
What qualifies
— Visible damage to the printed surface, canvas, frame, glass, or skateboard deck
— Manufacturing defects (printing errors, incorrect colors, frame defects)
— Wrong product shipped
What does not qualify
— Customer error in size selection
— Damage caused after delivery (handling, hanging, environmental)
— Slight color variation between screen and printed piece
— Claims submitted after the 14-day window has closed

SECTION 3 — CANCELLATIONS
24-hour cancellation window — Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of order placement and before production has begun. Email support@savelonelyspaces.com.
After production begins — Once your order has entered production (typically within 24 hours of placement), we cannot cancel or refund. The piece is custom-made for you and cannot be repurposed.

SECTION 4 — LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Lost and stolen package coverage is governed by our optional Merchandise Protection ($9.99 at checkout). Customers who purchase Merchandise Protection are eligible for free replacement if their order is lost or marked delivered but missing.
Customers who decline Merchandise Protection are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier. Replacement orders for lost or stolen packages without Merchandise Protection are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

SECTION 5 — GIFT CARDS
Non-refundable — SAVELONELYSPACES™ digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or applied as credit toward any other account.
Lost or stolen gift cards — We are not responsible for codes lost, deleted, stolen, or used without authorization. Treat gift card codes like cash.
Expiration — Gift cards expire 5 years from the date of issuance.

SECTION 6 — MERCHANDISE PROTECTION FEE
The optional Merchandise Protection fee ($9.99) added at checkout is non-refundable once the order has been placed, even if you later decide you don't want the coverage. To request a refund of the protection fee, the cancellation request must be submitted within the same 24-hour cancellation window as the main order.

SECTION 7 — REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If you refuse delivery for any reason (including refusal to pay international customs duties) or if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order is not eligible for refund. The piece is custom-made and cannot be resold. We may offer paid re-shipment to a corrected address at your expense, including any new shipping fees and reapplied duties.

SECTION 8 — CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:
— Cancellation of pending orders
— Forfeiture of eligibility for future replacements or accommodations
— Reporting to payment processors and fraud prevention networks
— Suspension of your customer account
We are genuinely here to help. If you have a concern, email support@savelonelyspaces.com first and give us the opportunity to make it right before escalating to your bank.

SECTION 9 — REFUND PROCESSING TIMES
For approved refunds (cancellations within 24 hours, etc.), please allow:
— Credit/debit cards: 5 to 10 business days
— Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay): 3 to 5 business days
— International cards: up to 14 business days
We have no control over how quickly your bank processes the refund once we have issued it.
