How does shipping work and how long does it take?

We offer premium worldwide shipping to every destination. Our global logistics network is optimized to deliver your Gallery Canvas or Museum Acrylic as safely and efficiently as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • US & Canada: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

We ship via major partners like FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, and a recipient phone number is required at checkout for all international orders to ensure successful delivery.

What is the handling time?

Every piece is handmade to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow a production window of 3-5 business days for printing, stretching, and framing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 days. In total, expect your art to arrive in approximately 1-2 weeks.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes, we offer premium worldwide shipping to every corner of the globe. Depending on your location, we utilize a strategic network of couriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your artwork arrives safely and efficiently. We provide door-to-door delivery for all international orders, including specific specialized routing for collectors in the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world. You can view the exact shipping rates for your region directly at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Every order includes a tracking link. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you don’t receive this email within 7 business days, please check your spam folder. Tracking information may take up to 36 hours to update after the label is created.

Can I change my shipping address?

We can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email support@savelonelyspaces.com immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes and you will need to contact the carrier directly.

What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final because we manufacture every single piece specifically for you immediately after your order is placed. We do not hold inventory. As such, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size selection. Please measure your wall space carefully before purchasing.

My art arrived damaged. What do I do?

In the rare event that your art arrives damaged or broken, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

How to claim:
1. Take clear photos of the damage and the box.
2. Email them to support@savelonelyspaces.com within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will prioritize your replacement and ship it out ASAP.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, production has likely begun and cancellations may not be possible. Please email support@savelonelyspaces.com to request a cancellation.

How deep are your canvases?

Our standard sizes feature a sleek 0.8-inch depth, while our Mammoth pieces are upgraded to a substantial 1.5-inch thickness. This gives the artwork a museum-quality look that stands out from the wall, even without an external frame.

What materials do you use?

We use museum-grade cotton canvas (300/m²) paired with archival pigment inks rated to last over 100 years without fading. Each print is hand-stretched over a sustainable pine timber frame.

Is the art ready to hang?

Yes! Every piece arrives fully assembled with hardware pre-installed on the back (sawtooth hanger or wire). You will not need complex tools; a standard nail or wall hook is all that is required.

How do I clean my canvas?

To clean your art, simply wipe it gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth to remove dust. Do not use chemical cleaners, household sprays, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the archival ink and protective coating.

What is 'Shipping Protection'?

If you purchased the optional shipping protection ($9.99) at checkout, your art is fully covered against accidental tears, fading, or sagging during transit. Simply email us with your order details and a photo of the issue for an immediate free replacement.
