SECTION 1 — AGREEMENT
By visiting savelonelyspaces.com (the "Site"), browsing our products, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Age requirement: You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country, or have parental consent.

SECTION 2 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always on this page with a Last Updated date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 3 — OUR PRODUCTS
Made-to-order — Every piece is made specifically for you when you order. We do not hold inventory.
No custom orders — We do not accept custom commissions, personalized requests, or modifications to existing designs.
Limited runs — Skate Edition and select pieces have limited production runs. Once sold out, they may not return.
Color accuracy — Monitor displays vary. Slight variation between screen and printed piece does not qualify as a defect.
Product information — We may correct errors, change prices, or cancel orders if information is inaccurate.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND BILLING
All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We accept major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Order acceptance — Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion (fraud, restricted regions, discount code abuse, etc.).

SECTION 5 — DISCOUNT CODES
One use per customer — All discount codes are limited to one use per customer and may not be transferred, resold, or shared.
No stacking — Two manual codes cannot be combined on one order. Automatic promotions (B2G1, B3G2) may combine with one manual code per checkout rules.
Right to revoke — We may cancel, modify, or revoke any code at any time. Orders using revoked codes may be cancelled and refunded.
Abuse — Repeated abuse may result in account suspension and forfeiture of future promotions.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our content — All artwork, designs, photography, text, logos, and the SAVELONELYSPACES™ trademark are owned by Oakenshield Resolutions LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.
Original creative interpretation — Our artwork is inspired by sports, music, cinema, and culture. SAVELONELYSPACES™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by any athlete, team, league, film studio, musician, brand, or other entity referenced. Our work is original artistic expression and creative commentary, not officially licensed merchandise.
Your use — You may not reproduce, copy, scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the Site or our content without our written permission.
Ownership of purchased artwork — You own the physical piece. You do not own the design rights and may not reproduce or commercially exploit the design.

SECTION 7 — USER CONTENT AND SOCIAL MEDIA
When you post content on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) featuring our products and tag, mention, or hashtag SAVELONELYSPACES™, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to reuse that content in our marketing, advertising, and across our channels.
This license applies automatically. If you do not want your content reused, do not tag us. You warrant that you own the rights to any content you submit or tag us in.

SECTION 8 — PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to submit false information, to upload malware, to scrape data, to impersonate others, or to resell our products in a way that misrepresents their origin or implies official licensing. Violation may result in account suspension and order cancellation.

SECTION 9 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our specific product replacement terms are in our Returns and Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy.

SECTION 10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVELONELYSPACES™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Maximum liability — Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or transaction giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 11 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAVELONELYSPACES™, Oakenshield Resolutions LLC, and our employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any content you submit.

SECTION 12 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
Informal resolution first — Before any formal legal action, contact us at support@savelonelyspaces.com and give us 60 days to resolve the issue.
Binding arbitration — If informal resolution fails, any dispute will be resolved through binding individual arbitration with the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Albuquerque, New Mexico or via video conference. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
Class action waiver — You and SAVELONELYSPACES™ agree that any dispute will be conducted only on an individual basis, not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Exceptions — Either party may bring a small claims court action, or seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
Opt-out — You may opt out of binding arbitration by sending written notice to support@savelonelyspaces.com within 30 days of your first purchase.

SECTION 13 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions in Section 12, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

SECTION 14 — CHARGEBACKS
Contact us first — If you have an issue with your order, email support@savelonelyspaces.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in cancellation of pending orders, account suspension, forfeiture of future promotions or replacements, and reporting to payment processors and fraud prevention networks. We retain the right to provide evidence of legitimate transactions to your card issuer.

SECTION 15 — SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SAVELONELYSPACES™.
No waiver — Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Assignment — We may assign these Terms to a successor entity. You may not assign without our written consent.
