[ SECTION 1 ] ALL SALES FINAL NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS Because every piece of art from SAVELONELYSPACES® is made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse," wrong size selection, or changing your mind. Please measure your space carefully before placing an order.

[ SECTION 2 ] DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL BROKEN IN TRANSIT? In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged (broken frame, ripped canvas, or crushed box), we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

HOW TO CLAIM:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged art and the box.

  2. Email the photos to support@savelonelyspaces.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will produce and ship a replacement immediately.

[ SECTION 3 ] PREMIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION ($9.99) While we take every precaution to ensure your art arrives safely, couriers can be unpredictable. We offer optional protection for peace of mind.

THE PROTECTION UPGRADE ($9.99) With the purchase of Premium Shipping Protection at checkout (available for $9.99), your order is fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. This is the only way to guarantee a free replacement if your package is marked "Delivered" but is missing (stolen/porch piracy).

COVERAGE:

  • Loss in Transit: If the carrier loses the package.

  • Theft (Porch Piracy): If the package is marked "Delivered" but you did not receive it.

  • Damage: Priority processing for any items arrived damaged.

RESOLUTION: If you purchased Shipping Protection and experience any of the above issues, SAVELONELYSPACES® will immediately produce and ship a replacement order at no additional cost to you. We handle the claims with the carrier so you don't have to.

HOW TO CLAIM PROTECTION: Notify us immediately by emailing support@savelonelyspaces.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue (lost, stolen, or damaged). For theft claims, please contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date.

[ SECTION 4 ] CANCELLATIONS 24-HOUR WINDOW Since our art is made-to-order, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, your order has likely entered production and cannot be stopped or refunded.

[ SECTION 5 ] LOST PACKAGES STANDARD POLICY (WITHOUT PROTECTION) If you did not purchase Shipping Protection: SAVELONELYSPACES® is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If your package is lost in transit (and not marked delivered), please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, though results are not guaranteed without protection.
