[ SECTION 1 ] HOW WE SHIP

MADE-TO-ORDER Every piece of art at SAVELONELYSPACES® is handmade to order. We do not hold inventory in a dusty warehouse. When you order, we print and stretch your canvas specifically for you. This ensures the highest quality but requires a short production time before shipping.

CARRIERS We utilize premium carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) to ensure your art arrives safely and on time.


[ SECTION 2 ] PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES

Please allow the following timelines for your order to be manufactured and delivered to your door:

  • Fulfillment/Production Time: 2 - 5 Business Days

  • Shipping Transit Time: 1 - 3 Business Days

Note: During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Holidays), production times may increase slightly. We will notify you if there are significant delays.


[ SECTION 3 ] SHIPPING REGIONS & RATES

WHERE WE SHIP We proudly ship worldwide.

SHIPPING RATES

  • FREE SHIPPING: We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders to the US and Canada. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

  • NO IMPORT FEES: We handle the logistics so you don't have to. Customers in Canada will not be charged import duties or customs fees upon delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.

[ SECTION 4 ] TRACKING YOUR ORDER

WHEN DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER? You will receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your art finishes production and the shipping label is created.

MY TRACKING ISN'T UPDATING Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system after you receive the email. If your tracking has not moved in 5 days, please contact us.


[ SECTION 5 ] ADDRESS ACCURACY

WRONG ADDRESS It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. SAVELONELYSPACES® is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

CORRECTIONS If you notice an error in your address, please email support@savelonelyspaces.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered production, we may not be able to update the address.


[ SECTION 6 ] LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

WITH SHIPPING PROTECTION ($9.99) If you purchased Premium Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is fully insured. If your package is marked "Delivered" but is missing (stolen/porch piracy), or if it is lost in transit, simply contact us and we will send a priority replacement at no cost.

WITHOUT SHIPPING PROTECTION If you did not purchase Shipping Protection, SAVELONELYSPACES® is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing.

  • If your package is marked "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check around your property and with neighbors.

  • If it is still missing, you must contact the carrier (FedEx/UPS) directly to file a claim.
