We ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for the US and Canada, and 5–10 business days internationally. We're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, and international orders require a recipient phone number.

Every piece is made to order. Printing, stretching, and framing take 3–5 business days, plus about 3–5 days in transit — so expect roughly 1–2 weeks from order to doorstep.

Every order includes a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it hasn't arrived within 7 business days, please check your spam folder. Tracking can take up to 36 hours to begin updating.

Yes — within 24 hours of ordering, just email support@savelonelyspaces.com. Once an order has shipped, address changes have to be made through the carrier.

Because every item is made after you order and we hold no inventory, all sales are final. We're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or the wrong size selection.

We'll replace it at no cost. Email clear photos of the damage and the shipping box within 48 hours of delivery, or use our damaged order form, and we'll arrange a free replacement.

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund by emailing support@savelonelyspaces.com. After that window, production may already be underway.

Standard pieces are 0.8 inches deep. Mammoth pieces are 1.5 inches.

Yes — each piece arrives assembled with a sawtooth hanger or wire. A standard nail or hook is all you need.

Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners, household sprays, and abrasives.

For an optional $9.99, Shipping Protection covers tears, fading, or sagging that happen in transit. Just email your order details and a photo and we'll send a free replacement.
